What’s the Job?
Working very closely with a cross channel communications planning and activation team, the Paid Search Manager will play an influential role in the delivery of effective paid search strategies for clients which are also integrated with all other digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an agency environment and a proven track record in the management and delivery of campaigns, delivering innovative solutions and responses to challenges.
This is an exciting time to join the business and to take a lead role in developing their inhouse social media capabilities. You will get to work with online retail brands across fashion, homeware and gift sectors.
Key Skills and Requirements?
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in the management, execution and delivery of campaigns in Google Ad Words, Google Sopping & Bing within an Agency environment is essential
Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the Google Ad Words & Shopping Platform including using and managing Smart Bidding and Script Deployment, and troubleshooting any issues is essential
Advanced understanding of managing e-commerce accounts, including Shopping campaigns to target ROAS andvolume for both Direct Response & Branding
Advanced understanding and experience of optimisation levers available to ensure campaigns meetbusiness goals
Experience of Google Analytics and utilising the platform and the data to understand campaignperformance and overall channel mix
Experience of Google Data Studio, PowerBI or other data visualisation tools would be an advantage
Demonstrable examples of quality optimisation notes
Aware of how Paid Search can integrate with other digital channels
A desire to work within an integrated team
Analytically minded with a logical approach to problem solving
Highly organised, project management and coordination skills
Experience leading day to day client relationships
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Retail Sector experience, particularly in Fashion is highly desirable
