We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Manager for our client’s new office in London, who has a proven track record in B2B IT Software or sales with excellent Hands on Leadership skills.
​
In this role you will drive growth and support the local Sales team as a leader.
​

Customers within 40+ countries worldwide and every single month thousands of new companies register to use their SaaS platform.
Responsibilities

Develop and lead the UK Sales team in London

Manage day-to-day performance of your team and deliver reviews
-
Support your team in acquiring new customers
-
Acquire new customers using pre-qualified leads and support existing B2B customers
-
Negotiate prices with potential customers and close deals
-
Represent the company at industry events and promotional activities
-
Report directly to the CEO
Qualifications

-
2-5 years’ experience in a similar position with personnel responsibility
-
Proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS is a plus
-
Experience as managing director or in self-employment
-
Experience and knowledge of the construction and / or real estate industry is a plus
-
Sociable, competent, sales-oriented and flexible personality
-
Proven leadership and management skills
-
Excellent spoken and written English skills
-
Full UK Driving License
-
Willingness to travel
