This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of a buzzing, fast-paced environment. You'll take ownership of social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (META), and Google – working closely with external agencies, PR teams, and in-house talent. Key Responsibilities

Own the full social media and digital marketing strategy – from concept to execution – across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other key platforms.

Lead and coordinate with external digital and PR agencies to ensure all campaigns align with overarching sales and brand goals.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns (email, digital, partnerships) to drive ticket sales, event bookings, and brand visibility.

Oversee content creation for social media, newsletters, the venue website, and promotional materials.

Create engaging promotional strategies for seasonal offers (e.g. Black Friday, Valentine’s, etc.).

Implement tools such as QR codes and track campaign performance using analytics and web traffic tools.

Analyse data to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies – always with an eye on ROI.

Work closely with the Group Sales team to ensure qualified lead generation through marketing activities.

Support the development of proposals and marketing assets for corporate clients and partners.

Maintain a consistent and elevated brand voice across all marketing and communications.

Manage marketing budgets related to sales activities and ensure efficient spend.

What We're Looking For

Experience in live entertainment, theatre, cabaret, live music, or experiential events is highly desirable – you understand the rhythm and energy of this world.

Proven success in both sales-driven marketing and creative content strategy.

Deep knowledge of social media trends, influencer engagement, content creation, and paid media.

A data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and report on digital marketing KPIs.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning strategy while executing day-to-day tasks.

Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, automation tools, and digital marketing tools.

Strong written and visual communication skills – a creative thinker who knows what grabs attention.
